If you cancel your booking at least 48 hours before your appointment your 50% deposit is refunded in full.
If you give us less than 48 hours or you don't turn up for your appointment your deposit will not be refunded.
All appointments are booked for the time you need.
We ask that you arrive promptly.
If you arrive late we will do our best to stick to the service you have booked but because we don't want to keep anyone waiting we may have to shorten or reschedule your appointment if your cutter or colourist has another client straight after you.
