I hold City & Guilds NVQ Levels 1, 2 & 3 and as well as Training and Assessors Award D32 & D33.
I am also L'Oreal Colour Keys Trained which means I understand the principles of how colour works on hair and how to achieve exceptional results using L'Oreal Professional colour products.
When I'm preparing to colour a clients hair, the first step always is the "consultation".
To me there is no more important step.

After cleansing the hair with British Hair Ample Volume Shampoo, apply desired amount through to mid-lengths and ends.
Massage your scalp.
Leave on for 1-3 minutes, comb through then rinse thoroughly.
After cleansing the hair with British Hair Intensive Moisture Shampoo, apply to partially dried hair from root to ends and leave for 3-5 minutes.
For severely damaged hair allow an extra 7-10 minutes then rinse.
Adding heat will intensify treatment.
After cleansing the hair with British Hair Reconstructive Strengthening Shampoo, apply desired amount through to mid lengths and ends.

After cleansing and conditioning hair with British Hair shampoo and conditioner, apply desired amount depending on hair length and texture to towel dried hair.
Blow dry hair as desired and straightening irons if favoured.
After cleansing hair with the recommended British Hair shampoo and conditioner, apply evenly throughout damp towel dried hair.
Blow dry hair as usual.
May also be used on dry hair.
After cleansing and conditioning hair with British Hair shampoo and conditioner, apply desired amount depending on hair length and texture to towel dried hair.
Blow dry hair as desired and straightening irons if favoured.
After cleansing hair with the recommended British Hair shampoo and conditioner, apply evenly throughout damp towel dried hair.
Blow dry hair as usual.
