We have a 48 hour cancellation period at Lucy Jorge.
We kindly ask you to make us aware of any appointment changes or cancellations at least 48 hours prior to your appointment time in order for us to try to re-sell the time booked.
Any appointment cancelled within 48 hours of your appointment time, will be charged a 25% fee of the appointment cost for loss of time for our staff.
Any missed appointments will incur a 100% charge of appointment cost.
Our gift vouchers must be redeemed without exception within 6 months after the date of issue.
