A small deposit is taken to secure an online booking and will be taken off your final bill.
You will lose this deposit if an appointment is missed or cancelled by you online.
If an appointment is cancelled by a member of the team successfully you will be refunded.
You may be contacted by a member of staff to alter timings and discuss your colouring requirements.

If you have had a vaccination, we will wait at least TWO WEEKS after, before we perform a patch test just in case a reaction presents itself and the cause can be determined.
If it is found we do NOT have an up to date patch test on record, then the treatment may have to be adjusted accordingly or we reserve the right to rearrange the appointment for a later date.
If any reaction occurs during the processing time or during the following 48 hours, rinse immediately and a colouration will not be performed.

Ellie is a Senior Stylist at our Kesgrave salon.
She loves all aspects of colour but she specialises in Balayage, creating a perfect, natural blend everytime!
Ellie also specialises in long hair cutting and styling, she also loves to create the perfect bob.
