We pride ourselves on guest service, a full consultation and an honest conversation about what's realistically achievable with your hair, the time it may take and price transparency. Jenny leads her team with the ethos that a team well looked after are a happier team and therefore our guests are getting the best service possible.
We feel that education is key in providing the team with the skills and confidence they need to be able to provide excellent service. We think it's important to nurture each individual team members' passion whether it be bridal, barbering, creative colouring or extension work. We realise that hair is an important part of your identity and visiting the salon can be much needed 'me time' or potentially a nerve-racking experience for some.
One of the exciting features we have at our salon is an exclusive members only Blowdry Club. We have Online Booking, Optional pre-pay appointments for ease on the day of your visit and delicious refreshments.
