Japanese Hair Straightening, also known as Yuko, Magic Straight, Bio Ionic, Ionic Hair Retexturizing (IHR) and other names, is a process which thermally reconditions hair giving permanent results.
It has been used in Japan and South Korea for nearly 20 years and gives clients with thick, curly or frizzy hair the sleek, silky straight hair they have always wanted, day after day.
The process works exactly the same way as a heat perm such as digital perming, except we are reshaping the hair to be straight rather than curly.
