Cancellation: In the event of cancellation, amendment or postponement, with less than 48 hours notice or failure to arrive we will ask for full payment of the service booked.
Full payment will be asked for any bookings made within that 48 hour window.
Late for appointments: We would kindly ask all clients to consider arriving no less than 15 minutes prior to their appointment time.
