An error on my part and my humble apologies on rating 1 star. It is in fact a five star for there great service. Lulu is my stylist and she's the best. One is made to feel welcome on ever visit and all the staff are friendly never with out a smile. I would highly recommend this salon. Came across Caraccios when we lived in Canterbury and despite moving around Kent and SE London, we now live in Hertfordshire and we still travel to Caraccios.
