At JK Hair we cut ladies, men and children hair of all ages. All of our stylists carry out a free hair consultation on all of our client's. By listening to your needs our stylists discuss looks and products to suit your hair type, face shape and life style. We like to use the very best products for your hair so we use L'Oreal and Paul Mitchell professional colour.
These colours allow us to create a range of looks to suit everybody. Our stylists receive training on a regular basis, to keep up to date with all the latest trends and products. We use Paul Mitchell products to dry and shape your hair into the desired look and then finish with the straightener's to create curls, waves or sleek looks if required. For Wedding or Party Hair we can add hair pieces, hair extensions and hair accessories.
JK Hair was originally Snootys Hair Design. Snooty's enjoyed forty years of business with John Pryke and Chris Morris as its owners. It started in Chatham then moved to Sittingbourne and has had other branches in surrounding towns and villages.

I started as an apprentice at Snootys and worked really hard to be where I am today.
I am an advanced stylist and I love colouring hair and experimenting with new techniques, I also love giving clients a new style.
I get a lot of job satisfaction as it doesn't take long to make someone look and feel amazing.
I'm always keen to improve my knowledge and over the years I have gained NVQ levels 2 and 3, I am an assessor and I've recently completed an NVQ 3 in management.
