Lisa has over 20 years experience in the Hair and Beauty industry, previously working for some of the sectors biggest brands.
A trained Beauty Therapist Lisa has a particular interest in client care and customer satisfaction.
Lisa is committed to ensuring Cocoon provides the highest quality of service in a welcoming environment.
She has always had a real passion for new trends and styles.
Charlie has worked in salons from a very young age and has been qualified since 2006.
She thrives on competition work and is proud of her achievements.

Some services at Cocoon require a patch test to ensure the product performs correctly and will not cause you to have a reaction.
We also recommend a patch test if you have had a new recent medical condition.
If in doubt please check with reception or your stylist/therapist.
Hair colour services require a patch test at least 48 hours before your appointment.
You must have a new patch test if you have used any colour on your hair outside of Cocoon (i.e. another salon or at home hair colour) or if you have not had a colour service at Cocoon for 6 months.
We also recommend a patch test if you have had a new recent medical condition.

Hair Apprentices - Cocoon are currently recruiting for hair apprentices.
You will be benefit from in house training and external college training with the aim for you to be a fully qualified hair stylist as soon as possible.
