All customers are required to wear a properly fitting face covering that covers both the mouth and nose. If you are exempt you must advise us at the time of booking, and be aware that we may not be able to accommodate your booking if the Salon is busy. You will be required to sanitise your hands and allow us to take your temperature using a non invasive device.
Please be on time for your appointment, but please do not arrive more than 5 minutes beforehand as this could cause overcrowding. As space in the Salon is limited, you may be required to wait outside until your stylist is ready for you, seating is provided. Each station is sanitised between appointments. This takes extra time and can have a cumulative affect during the day and we ask for your patience if we are running behind schedule.
