So friendly, chatty, all the staff were lovely. I've never had someone put so many foils in my hair and take their time like he did. I love my hair and I'll definitely be going back!

During this time I've worked myself up to an Advanced Hair Designer in the salon and graduated from the prestigious Wella Master Colour Expert programme, one of the highest accolades in the industry and now being one of the most highly qualified experts on hair colour in the U.K.
I enjoy sharing my knowledge with the team and keeping up to date with the latest trends and fashion.

Mikey has been working at Esteem now for 4 years.
He started his career later in life as he was working as a carer, but his passion has always been in hairdressing.
Since Mikey has been at Esteem he has always been a team player.
The past few years Mikey's work has been amazing and his confidence is growing strength to strength.

I started my professional hair dressing career in 1993 and have enjoyed a varied journey along the way.
I worked my way up to managing a large salon in Norwich in which I also provided the training to accompany the NVQ college qualification that the students were working towards.
I also enjoyed doing seminars for the City College.
It was so good to see the enthusiasm that I have for hair dressing mirrored in the young students!
I now enjoy working with the team at Esteem on Tuesdays and Fridays as I have a family to care for too.

During my time in the salon I have received training from Vidal Sassoon, Toni and Guy, and L'Oral trained stylists to further my career.
In my spare time I like to meet with friends, go for food, visit the beach or simply spend the evening with a good film or box set.

What do I say about my experience with Esteem Hair 🤔 I highly recommend this salon (5 out of 5 ⭐️) from my experience, all of the staff are highly skilled and professional, I was there for a while with my treatment and saw a few very happy clients with fabulous results.. The opening hours are fantastic too!!!
From my initial phone call, I was pleasantly surprised with how much effort Stewart and Nicole went to accommodate me, even so much as to re-arrange their whole evening with their childcare routine.
Arriving at the salon, I was greeted by Stewart, who instantly made me feel at ease and I put my faith in his expertise, he gave me some great advice and then a wonderful haircut, followed by Nicole taking care of my colour, she knew exactly what to do to fix my previous results.. My blonde was growing out, so I had 6cm of warm, dark roots (mixed with grey) and a 10cm band of orange.
Nicole expertly created some miracle and I walked out looking like a different person, with a beautiful colour, a great cut and the healthiest/smoothest hair I've had in as long as I can remember - and it was much cheaper than I usually pay too 😉
I really can't thank Stewart and Nicole enough for fitting me at short notice and then performing such magic.
I will definitely be returning again, even though this is approx 1 hour away, it's definitely worth it

Had half a head of highlights done this Tuesday evening by Nicole . I still can’t believe how quickly these guys were able to book me in, even before Christmas! 😁 lovely clean salon too.
The staff are ever so friendly and are lovely to chat to.
I absolutely love my new hair! Nicole managed to achieve exactly what I wanted and my hair feels so much healthier after the protein treatment. If I could I would give 10*
